Terms & Conditions

  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • If you join mid-month an additional cost will require be added to the following months subscription payment on the 1st to cover the classes of the previous month.
  • Twist and Hit Cheerleader or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Twist and Hit Cheerleaders reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour. We reserve the right to remove anyone at coaches discretion.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - twistandhit@yahoo.co.uk Tel: 07912228276
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • The programme reserves the right to remove anyone from the gym at their discretion
  • By registering and/or attending a class you are agreeing to all these terms and conditions in addition to our club policies which are available upon request.
  • We require one months notice in writing (electronic) if you wish to cancel a subscription. Email can be sent to: twistandhit@yahoo.co.uk

All policies are also available as word documents (on request) and printed in our main office which can be requested. By signing you/your child up to Twist & Hit Cheerleaders you are accepting all conditions laid out by the club. Management reserves the right to remove any member from the club for any reason at their own discretion.
